Each piece has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.

These olive trees, some of which have stood for centuries, have silently captured carbon from the atmosphere throughout their long lives. By transforming their wood into cherished kitchen essentials, we lock that carbon away, reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a healthier planet.

🌳WE PLANT A TREE FOR EVERY ORDER!
In yet another step in our sustainability and eco-friendly mission, we now work with the tree planting charities, Greenspark and the Eden Reforestation Projects, whose mission is to combat worldwide deforestation by employing local communities to plant trees, providing an empowering means to alleviate extreme poverty through environmental stewardship.

🤝Care Instructions:
Handwash only. Not Dishwasher safe. Occasionally wipe over with olive oil to bring out the natural grain and colour again. These have not been treated or finished with chemicals, varnishes or glue. Hand finished with an organic oil.
