Orders & Personalisation

How do I personalise my item?

Simply enter your chosen wording in the personalisation box on the product page before adding the item to your basket. Please double-check spelling, as your text will be engraved exactly as entered.


Can I preview my personalisation?

We currently engrave directly from the details provided, so please ensure everything is correct before placing your order. If you have would like to see a draft artwork prior to engraving, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll provide instructions.


Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once production has started, changes may not be possible.


Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — we regularly supply personalised gifts for businesses, events and special occasions. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to assist.


Products & Materials

Are your boards all the same?

No — every piece is made from natural materials, so each board will vary in shape, grain and colour. This is part of what makes them unique.


What materials do you use?

Our products are made using materials such as olive wood, acacia, maple and marble, chosen for their durability, natural character and suitability for everyday use.


Are your products food safe?

Yes — our wooden boards are heat-treated and chemical free and are lightly wiped with food-safe oils before dispatch, making them suitable for serving and food preparation.


Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and level of personalisation. Estimated delivery times on each product page.


Do you offer express delivery?

Where available, express options will be shown at checkout. Please note that personalised items may still require production time.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer shipping to selected countries but we can offer delivery to all Non-EU destinations. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Should your location not be available, please get in touch with us quoting the delivery address and items you are interested in and we can request a personalised delivery quote.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my item?

Yes — non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in reasonable condition.


Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Care & Use

How do I care for my board?

We recommend hand washing only, drying immediately and occasionally treating the wood with food-safe mineral oil to maintain its finish.


Can I put my board in the dishwasher?

No — dishwashers can damage natural materials and may cause cracking or warping.
