Each piece has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.

In yet another step in our sustainability and eco-friendly mission, we now work with the tree planting charities, Greenspark and the Eden Reforestation Projects, whose mission is to combat worldwide deforestation by employing local communities to plant trees, providing an empowering means to alleviate extreme poverty through environmental stewardship.

Handwash only. Not Dishwasher safe. Occasionally wipe over with olive oil to bring out the natural grain and colour again. These have not been treated or finished with chemicals, varnishes or glue. Hand finished with an organic oil.

Length 21cm x Width 15cm x Depth 2cm - perfectly handy for chopping herbs, chillies, garlic, ginger, cheese, etc.
Length 30cm x Width 15cm x Depth 2cm - great for serving cheese, chopping veg, and as above (main image).
Length 40cm x Width 16cm x Depth 2cm - as above again... and looks great as a serving and presentation board on the dining table.
Length 50cm x 20cm x 2cm - As above, but big enough to handle even the largest parties! (gift boxes are not available for this size option).
