  1. Sign in to your account at My Account.
  2. Go to Orders and select the relevant order.
  3. Your tracking number and a link to Royal Mail tracking will be shown once your order has been dispatched.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, usually within 1–2 working days of placing your order.

My tracking isn't showing any updates — what should I do?

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear on the Royal Mail website after your parcel is scanned. If you still see no updates after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

I haven't received my shipping confirmation email

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, get in touch with your order number and we'll resend your tracking details.

Can I track a corporate or bulk gift order?

Yes — corporate orders are tracked in the same way. If you placed your order via a quote, please refer to your dispatch confirmation email or contact us directly.
