This piece has a lovely weight and balance to it. The handle is crafted from Italian olive wood and polished to a lovely smooth finish.


Sustainability
We only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees

not only do we use sustainably sourced olive wood, we are now a very proud official partner of the Eden Reforestation Projects where we now donate the cost of planting a new tree for every piece of olive wood we sell. That's a new tree for every item! This means that by purchasing this item you are planting a tree in one of the most poverty stricken and deforested areas of the planet!

The handle is made from natural olive wood so the grain and colour can vary slightly.

Care:
Hand wash only. Not dishwasher proof. Treat occasionally with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil in order to restore its natural colour and grain and to keep the wood conditioned. A care guide is included.
